REVERSING CHRONIC PAIN

Like most things in life, it takes a combination of approaches and people to accomplish your desired goals.  I can be one of your team members and also serve as a resource for finding other effective treatments to complement the work we do together.  You may have already begun choosing your other team members or perhaps you are just starting out on your healing journey; in either case, it is important to remember to choose complementary therapies based on your needs.  It is also important to be aware of those experiences and therapies you feel open and receptive to.  It is vital that the practitioners you see are people you feel comfortable working with so they can help you realize your goals more quickly and easily.

I have found that reversing chronic pain requires healing mind, body and spirit.
